Who we are
Neural Peak builds software, sets up AI and protects data for Australian organisations, from Adelaide and the Gold Coast. "We" in this page means Neural Peak. You can reach us at info@neuralpeak.io.
What this website collects
This website doesn't set cookies, run analytics or use advertising trackers. Its fonts, images and code come from our own server, so opening a page doesn't contact anyone else.
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, organisation, topic and message are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself keeps no copy. If sending fails, the form opens your own email app instead, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.
Like every website, ours runs on a hosting provider's servers, which keep standard logs of each request: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. These logs help keep the site secure and working, and the provider deletes them on its own schedule.
Other services
- Resend. Delivers contact form messages to our inbox. It handles the message only to deliver it.
- Guidejar. The Course Manager help centre shows interactive guides hosted by Guidejar. A guide only loads when you open it.
- Links to other sites. Sites we link to, such as our free reviews or client websites, have their own privacy rules.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, organisation and message. We use it to reply, to talk about the work you need, to deliver that work, and to keep the business records we're required to keep.
If you use one of our free reviews, we receive the answers and contact details you enter there and use them to send your results and to follow up if you want us to.
We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the services that run our email and business systems, or when the law requires it. Some of those services store data outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to reply, to work with you, and to meet record-keeping obligations. If you'd like us to delete them sooner, ask us.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@neuralpeak.io and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first so we can fix it. If we don't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this changes, for example if we add analytics, we'll update this page first.
