The challenge
The International Student Education Agents Association (ISEAA) is an Australian non-profit industry association that represents international student education agencies and offshore teams. It wanted people visiting its website to understand what the association does, and to get in touch about becoming partners.
What we built
We built Isy, an AI agent that lives on ISEAA's website. It runs on a large language model, the kind of AI behind tools such as ChatGPT. Isy is ISEAA's version of Prospect Copilot, the AI assistant product behind Acey.
We trained Isy on ISEAA's own public resources and on the Department of Home Affairs' public resources. Visitors can ask what ISEAA does and get answers based on that material. Isy's main job is to interest agencies in the association and encourage them to get in touch through the contact form on ISEAA's website.
Key features
- Trained on ISEAA's and the Department of Home Affairs' public resources
- Answers visitors' questions about ISEAA and its work
- Encourages interested visitors to use ISEAA's contact form
- Built on Prospect Copilot, our AI assistant product
Results
ISEAA's website now has a first point of contact that answers visitors' questions at any hour and points the interested ones to a person. We estimate about 20% more partner enquiries through the contact form, and about 70% of common visitor questions answered without staff. Both are estimates, not audited measurements.

Why it matters
For an association, the website's main job is to get interested visitors talking to the team. Isy explains what ISEAA does, so staff can spend their time on the conversations that follow. A small assistant that answers only from approved material is enough for that.
