With its vast array of services, Google encountered challenges in ensuring consistent and high-level satisfaction amongst its large clientele in Argentina, especially concerning the billing process. Feedback indicated room for improvement in transparency, timeliness, and ease of billing, which in turn, affected customer satisfaction ratings.
Experts from Neural Peak collaborated closely with Google to introduce a series of process improvements.
